These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow, developed and published by F11 Software Lab (Private) Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. About the Game
Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow is a mobile merge puzzle game available for supported Android devices.
The game may include level progression, virtual coins, hints, extra moves, advertisements, rewarded advertisements, premium cosmetic items, Remove Ads subscriptions, local notifications, and other features introduced through updates.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal entertainment.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, exploit, or use the game or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
3. Game Progress
Game progress is primarily stored locally on your device.
This may include your levels, stars, coins, active game state, settings, cosmetic selections, and other gameplay information.
Clearing application data, uninstalling the game, changing devices, device failure, or other circumstances may result in loss of locally stored progress.
We cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored game data.
4. Virtual Coins
The game uses virtual coins for certain gameplay features.
Coins:
- Have no real-world cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for money.
- Cannot be transferred or sold.
- Are not cryptocurrency or a financial instrument.
Currently, a Hint costs 500 coins, and 15 Extra Moves cost 1,000 coins.
These values may be adjusted in future game updates for balancing purposes.
5. Advertisements
The game may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Advertising may include:
- Banner ads during gameplay.
- Interstitial ads at appropriate gameplay transitions.
- Optional rewarded ads.
Rewarded advertisements are voluntary.
The Home screen may offer an optional rewarded advertisement for 50 bonus coins.
After completing a level, the player may also be offered an optional rewarded advertisement for 100 bonus coins.
Rewards are granted only when the advertising service confirms that the reward was successfully earned.
Normal game progression does not require watching rewarded advertisements.
6. Remove Ads
The game may offer:
- Remove Ads Monthly — intended price USD $2.99/month
- Remove Ads Yearly — intended price USD $19.99/year
Actual prices and currencies are determined and displayed by Google Play and may vary by country, taxes, currency, promotions, or other factors.
A valid Remove Ads subscription removes automatic banner and interstitial advertisements.
Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available because the player voluntarily chooses whether to watch them for an in-game reward.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and may automatically renew according to the terms displayed by Google Play at purchase.
Uninstalling the game does not automatically cancel a subscription.
7. Premium Cosmetics
The game may offer optional premium Garden Backgrounds and Plant Pot Styles.
The intended price for each premium cosmetic is USD $0.99, although the actual localized price shown by Google Play applies.
Premium cosmetics are visual only. They do not provide stronger plants, easier levels, additional moves, or other gameplay advantages.
Purchased items become available only after successful purchase verification.
8. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases are processed through Google Play.
F11 Software Lab does not directly process or store your complete payment-card information.
Purchases may be subject to Google Play’s payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.
Refunds and other mandatory consumer rights remain subject to applicable law.
9. Garden Reminders
The game may provide optional local Garden Reminders.
If enabled and permitted by Android, the game may send a reminder after approximately 10 hours of inactivity and continue at approximately 10-hour intervals while the game remains unopened.
Android battery management may delay notification delivery.
You may disable Garden Reminders through the game’s Settings or your Android notification settings.
10. Internet Connection
Core gameplay is designed to work offline.
Some features require internet access, including advertisements, rewarded ads, Google Play purchases, purchase verification, and certain privacy/consent services.
We cannot guarantee availability of third-party online services.
11. Fair Use
You must not intentionally:
- Manipulate rewarded-ad systems.
- Circumvent purchase verification.
- Obtain paid content without authorization.
- Exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized rewards.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the game.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of the game.
12. Intellectual Property
Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow, including its code, artwork, graphics, game design, branding, audio, and original content, is owned by or licensed to F11 Software Lab (Private) Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to you.
13. Updates and Changes
We may update the game to add levels, features, cosmetics, bug fixes, performance improvements, security updates, balancing changes, or compatibility improvements.
Game features, virtual rewards, prices for future purchases, and gameplay balancing may change over time where permitted by applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services
The game may use third-party services such as Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Google’s consent services.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Privacy
Use of the game is also subject to the separate Privacy Policy for Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled by the game and third-party services.
16. Disclaimer
We aim to provide a stable and enjoyable game, but we cannot guarantee that the game will always operate without interruptions, bugs, device-specific problems, or third-party service outages.
The game is provided subject to any warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, F11 Software Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the game.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the game, its services, or applicable requirements change.
When updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the game after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
