F11 Software Lab (Private) Limited (“F11 Software Lab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you install, access, or use Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow (“the Game”).

The Game is designed primarily as a local, offline-capable mobile game. It does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other profile information to play.

However, certain third-party services used by the Game, particularly advertising and Google Play services, may process device, usage, diagnostic, purchase, and advertising-related information as described below.

By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Provide to Us

Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow does not currently require an account or login.

We do not ask you to provide personal profile information such as your:

Telephone number
Date of birth
Password
Profile photograph

If you voluntarily contact F11 Software Lab for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide in your communication, such as your email address, message, and any troubleshooting information or attachments you provide.

We use support communications only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, protect our services, or comply with legal obligations.

2. Local Game Data

The Game stores gameplay and preference information locally on your device.

This may include:

Level progress
Completed levels
Stars and results
Coin balance
Current or active level state
Plant and garden state
Seed supply state
Selected garden background
Selected plant pot/style
Music preferences
Sound-effect preferences
Notification/reminder preference
Advertising cooldown state
Reward-claim state
Other settings required for normal gameplay

This local information allows the Game to restore your progress when you close and reopen it.

The Game does not currently provide a F11 Software Lab account system or F11-operated cloud-save service for this gameplay data.

Local gameplay information may be removed if you clear the Game’s application data or uninstall the Game, subject to Android backup/restore behavior or other device/platform functionality outside our direct control.

3. Advertising

Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements.

The Game may contain:

Banner advertisements may appear during gameplay.

Interstitial advertisements

Interstitial advertisements may appear at natural gameplay transitions, such as after completing a level.

The Game uses a minimum cooldown between automatic interstitial advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements

Rewarded advertisements are voluntary.

For example, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive an optional in-game coin reward.

Current rewarded-ad features may include:

An optional Home-screen rewarded advertisement for bonus coins.
An optional Level Complete rewarded advertisement for additional bonus coins.

You are not required to watch rewarded advertisements to complete the normal game progression.

4. Information Processed by Advertising Services

Advertising providers such as Google may automatically collect or process certain information when advertisements or related services are used.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, SDK configuration, and applicable law, this information may include:

Internet Protocol (IP) address
Approximate location inferred from an IP address
Advertising identifiers
App-set identifiers or other device/app identifiers
Advertisement interactions
Advertisements viewed
App interactions
App launches
Taps and other user interactions
Rewarded-video interactions
Diagnostic information

Information used for advertising measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention

Google and its advertising partners may process this information according to their own privacy policies and applicable consent choices.

F11 Software Lab does not receive your precise GPS location through the normal gameplay features described in this policy.

The Game integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) for applicable advertising privacy and consent requirements.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be presented with privacy choices regarding advertising and the processing of information for advertising purposes.

Where required, advertising requests are made according to the applicable consent state.

Users in certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, may receive consent or privacy-choice interfaces relating to advertising.

Available choices may differ according to applicable law, Google services, device configuration, and your region.

Where a privacy-options entry point is required, the Game may provide access to the applicable privacy choices through its Settings or consent interface.

6. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on applicable law, your consent choices, age-related restrictions, Google configuration, and advertising availability, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized/limited.

Personalized advertising may use information such as advertising identifiers and inferred interests to select advertisements.

Non-personalized or limited advertising may use more restricted contextual or technical information.

Your available choices depend on your region and the advertising services available to the Game.

7. Remove Ads Subscription

The Game may offer optional Remove Ads subscriptions through Google Play.

Current planned options include monthly and yearly subscriptions.

When a valid Remove Ads entitlement is active, the Game suppresses automatic advertising formats covered by the subscription, such as gameplay banner advertisements and automatic interstitial advertisements.

Voluntary rewarded advertisements may remain available because the player deliberately chooses whether to watch them in exchange for an optional in-game reward.

The Game does not process your payment-card information directly.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

Google may process information associated with purchases, payment methods, transactions, subscriptions, account status, fraud prevention, refunds, and related services according to Google’s terms and privacy practices.

F11 Software Lab may receive or process purchase-related information necessary to determine whether a product or subscription is valid, pending, cancelled, restored, expired, refunded, or revoked.

8. Premium Cosmetic Purchases

The Game may offer optional premium cosmetic content through Google Play, including:

Garden backgrounds
Plant pot styles
Other visual customization items that may be introduced in future updates

Premium cosmetic purchases do not provide gameplay power or change level difficulty.

Purchase ownership may be verified through Google Play or other trusted purchase-verification mechanisms.

The Game may locally retain information about your selected cosmetic items and cached ownership status for usability, but authoritative purchase entitlement may be reconciled against the applicable store or verification service.

If an entitlement is no longer valid, the Game may return to a free/default cosmetic.

9. Notifications

Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow includes an optional local Garden Reminders feature.

If you enable Garden Reminders and grant Android notification permission where required, the Game may schedule local notifications after approximately 10 hours of inactivity.

If you continue not to open the Game, reminders may repeat at approximately 10-hour intervals.

Android battery optimization, Doze, manufacturer restrictions, or other operating-system behavior may delay notification delivery.

The reminders are generated locally and do not require a F11 Software Lab push-notification server.

You may disable Garden Reminders through the Game’s Settings.

You may also manage notification permission through your Android device settings.

When you return to the Game, the previous inactivity reminder cycle is reset.

The Game does not award coins or other benefits merely because you tap a notification.

10. Notification Permission

On Android versions that require runtime notification permission, the Game may request permission before delivering Garden Reminders.

If you deny notification permission, you can continue playing the Game normally.

The Game separates your in-game reminder preference from the Android operating-system permission.

We do not intend to use notification permission for unrelated purposes.

11. Google Play Services and Billing

The Game may use Google Play services, including Google Play Billing, to provide paid products and subscriptions.

Google may process information necessary to:

Complete purchases
Verify transactions
Manage subscriptions
Restore purchases
Prevent fraud
Process refunds
Manage payment information
Determine purchase eligibility

F11 Software Lab does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card or debit-card number through the Game.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

12. Third-Party Services

The Game may use third-party services necessary for advertising, consent management, purchases, operating-system functionality, and distribution.

Used to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising.

The core gameplay of Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow does not intentionally request access to:

SMS messages
Call logs
Microphone
Camera
Photos or videos
Health information
Precise GPS location

If future functionality requires additional permissions or data categories, this Privacy Policy and any required in-app disclosures will be updated before or when those features are introduced.

14. Children’s Privacy

Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow is a casual game and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account-registration system.

The Game does not currently provide user accounts, public chat, direct messaging, or user-generated social profiles.

Advertising availability and behavior may be restricted based on applicable law, Google Play requirements, advertising-platform settings, age-related requirements, and the Game’s intended audience configuration.

F11 Software Lab does not sell personal information obtained directly through the Game.

For example, advertising-related information may be processed by Google and advertising partners when AdMob is used.

16. Data Security

Gameplay progress is primarily stored locally on the user’s device.

Information transmitted by third-party services is subject to the security measures implemented by those service providers.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay information generally remains on your device until it is:

Changed through gameplay
Cleared through application/device settings
Removed when the Game is uninstalled, subject to platform backup/restore behavior
Replaced or migrated by a Game update

Advertising, transaction, diagnostic, or other information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers’ respective retention policies and applicable legal obligations.

Support correspondence sent directly to F11 Software Lab may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations.

18. Deleting Local Game Data

Merge Garden: Bloom & Grow currently does not require an F11 Software Lab user account.

Because normal gameplay progress is stored locally, you can generally remove locally stored Game information by clearing the Game’s storage/data through Android settings or uninstalling the Game, subject to operating-system or store backup/restore behavior.

Deleting local Game data may permanently remove:

Level progress
Stars
Coins
Current garden state
Settings
Locally stored cosmetic selections

Deleting local application data does not necessarily cancel Google Play subscriptions or erase transaction records maintained independently by Google.

Subscriptions should be managed through Google Play.

19. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may have choices including:

Enabling or disabling Garden Reminders
Granting or denying notification permission
Managing Android advertising settings
Making choices through Google’s consent/privacy interface where available
Choosing whether to watch voluntary rewarded advertisements
Purchasing or not purchasing Remove Ads
Managing subscriptions through Google Play
Clearing locally stored Game data
Uninstalling the Game

Additional legal privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.

20. International Processing

Third-party service providers used by the Game may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

Those providers are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards where required under applicable law.

Their processing is governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and applicable legal requirements.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game changes, when third-party services change, or when legal or regulatory requirements require an update.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this policy.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Game, the Game’s store listing, or another appropriate method where required.
