1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Dead Circuit: Zombie Defense (the “Game”), Android package com.f11softwarelab.deadcircuit, developed and published by F11 Software Lab (Private) Limited (“F11 Software Lab”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By downloading, installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Stopping use or uninstalling the Game does not itself cancel a separate Google Play subscription.
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, advertising, planned subscription processing, notifications and privacy choices.
2. Eligibility and applicable requirements
You may use the Game only if you can lawfully do so under the rules that apply to you. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian to approve your use, advertising choices or purchases, that involvement is required.
These Terms do not assign a universal minimum age or claim that one country’s age threshold applies worldwide.
3. The Game
Dead Circuit: Zombie Defense is a portrait Android tower-defense game with a 100-level campaign, four defenders, upgrades, targeting and selling.
Persistent local information may include completed or unlocked levels, campaign stars, persistent campaign currency, settings and preferences, and relevant entitlement or advertising-cooldown state. Defender placement, defender battle tiers or upgrades, targeting selections, battle salvage and active wave state are temporary mission information rather than persistent cross-session progress, except for the guarded rewarded-continue behavior described in section 8.
The Game has no F11 user account, login, chat, social feed or user-generated-content feature. It does not provide an F11-operated cloud-save service or guarantee recovery of local progress. Some functions, including advertisements, rewarded offers and planned Google Play purchases, require internet and third-party services.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Game on compatible devices for your own non-commercial entertainment. The licence does not transfer ownership of the Game or its content.
Any revocation, suspension or restriction remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering or interoperability do not apply where applicable law gives you a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Responsible use and prohibited conduct
Use the Game lawfully and in a way that does not harm the Game, its services, other users or third parties. You must not intentionally:
- Copy, sell, redistribute or provide unauthorized Game builds or protected assets.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Circumvent advertisements, billing, entitlement verification, security measures or technical restrictions.
- Modify or exploit save data to obtain unauthorized benefits or interfere with intended progression.
- Cheat, automate abuse, falsify or manipulate rewarded-ad completion callbacks.
- Introduce malicious code, disrupt services or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or provider services.
- Use the Game or its content for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purposes.
- Misrepresent your relationship with F11 Software Lab or imply our endorsement without authorization.
Normal offline play, legitimate accessibility tools, lawful security research, consumer complaints and rights that cannot legally be restricted are not prohibited by these Terms.
6. Local progress and virtual items
Campaign stars, persistent campaign currency and other saved progression are licensed gameplay features. Battle salvage, temporary defender tiers or upgrades, targeting selections and active wave state are mission-scoped gameplay values, subject only to the guarded rewarded-continue behavior described in section 8. These values and rewards are not money, deposits or personal property, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or transferred for real money.
The Game does not sell virtual currency for real money in the current V1 unless that changes through an explicitly documented update. A future change would require updated in-game information and legal disclosures where applicable.
Local progress may be lost if you use Reset Progress, clear application data, uninstall the Game, change storage, lose or damage the device, or install an incompatible update. Reset Progress deletes only the applicable local campaign progress and currency data covered by that control. It does not delete Google-controlled purchase records, third-party records or every preference.
We do not guarantee backup, synchronization or recovery of local saves. Android or device-provider backup and transfer tools may operate independently, and their availability or results are not guaranteed. Gameplay balance, rewards, levels, defenders, upgrades and virtual values may change through updates, subject to applicable law and any rights connected to a paid benefit.
7. Advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob and may display interstitial and rewarded advertisements.
Interstitial advertisements
Forced interstitial advertisements are intended for eligible transitions after completed battles, not during active combat. Their timing depends on the Game’s eligibility rules. Advertising inventory, loading and display are not guaranteed.
Voluntary rewarded advertisements
Rewarded advertisements are optional. Before starting one, review the benefit described in the Game. The advertising provider must report successful reward completion before the Game grants the reward. Closing, skipping, failing or interrupting an advertisement may result in no reward.
Advertisements are supplied by third parties. We do not control every advertisement, destination or offer. If you consider an advertisement inappropriate, use any provider reporting control and contact support@f11softwarelab.site with enough non-sensitive detail to help identify the issue.
Effect of Remove Ads
A valid Remove Ads entitlement is intended to suppress forced interstitial advertisements. It does not remove voluntary rewarded-ad choices, store material or content outside the Game. You remain free not to use a rewarded option.
8. Rewarded continue
The Game may offer a voluntary rewarded continue after defeat. Depending on the offer shown, it may restart or continue the same level or wave and provide a specified battle benefit, such as battle salvage. It may be limited by battle or eligibility rules displayed or enforced by the Game.
The precise benefit presented inside the Game at the time of the offer controls. The benefit is granted only after the advertising provider confirms successful rewarded-ad completion. Availability depends on network access, provider inventory, Game state and technical conditions. Closing, skipping or interrupting an advertisement can result in no benefit. A rewarded continue is not a payment and has no cash equivalent.
9. Planned Remove Ads subscriptions
F11 Software Lab plans to offer Remove Ads Monthly and Remove Ads Yearly through Google Play Billing. These products may not be enabled in every release, country, test track or rollout. This section does not represent a planned product as currently available; the Google Play purchase screen and the Game must show an active offer before you can buy it.
When offered and recognized as active, Remove Ads is intended to suppress forced interstitial advertisements. Voluntary rewarded advertisements may remain available. The subscription does not promise that Google Play, advertising consent tools or other third-party components stop all processing.
Price, renewal and billing
Google Play processes payment. The exact price, tax, currency, billing period and any trial or introductory offer shown by Google Play before purchase control. For an automatically renewing subscription, Google Play charges at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal under the terms shown at purchase.
We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card number. Purchases may require a valid Google account, payment method, network connection, compatible device and Google Play availability.
Cancellation
You can manage subscriptions in Google Play or follow Google Play’s cancellation guidance. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or using Reset Progress does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, access normally continues through the period already paid for, subject to the actual plan, Google Play rules and applicable law. Cancellation prevents a future renewal; it is separate from a refund request.
Entitlement, restoration and payment status
The Game may verify or restore a valid entitlement through Google Play. A Restore Purchases function may be available depending on the production implementation. Recognition can require the purchasing Google account, Google Play availability, network access and valid verification.
Payment failure, grace period, account hold, pause, expiration, cancellation and resubscription are handled according to the Google Play features enabled for the actual plan. During an unresolved check or platform outage, the Game may be unable to confirm the entitlement immediately. No permanent entitlement is promised without a valid purchase and successful verification.
Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Contact us if the Game fails to recognize a valid entitlement and include non-sensitive purchase details that help us investigate. Do not email full payment-card information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes cancellation, refund, conformity or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Notifications
The Game may offer an optional local inactivity reminder approximately ten hours after you leave. It may request Android notification permission. You can disable notifications in the Game or Android settings.
Returning to the Game may cancel or reschedule a pending reminder. Delivery may be delayed or prevented by Android version, notification permission, device-manufacturer behavior, battery optimization, Doze, force-stop behavior and other system settings. We do not guarantee exact delivery or cancellation timing.
The current reminder uses local Unity Mobile Notifications and Android services. It is not a remote push-marketing service and is not required for gameplay.
11. Updates, compatibility and service changes
We may update the Game to add, change, rebalance or remove levels, defenders, rewards, settings, advertising behavior or other content; correct defects; improve security or performance; or maintain compatibility. Device and Android requirements may change.
Internet-dependent services, advertisements, rewarded offers, store access and purchase verification may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, provider inventory, outages, regional restrictions or technical faults. We do not guarantee that every feature, advertisement or service will always remain available.
We may discontinue a feature or the Game, subject to reasonable handling of legal obligations, active paid benefits and mandatory consumer rights.
12. Intellectual property
The Game and its original logo, artwork, code, characters, audio, interface, text, design and other materials are owned by or licensed to F11 Software Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited licence in section 4.
Google Play, Google AdMob, Android, Unity and other third-party names, marks and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to F11 Software Lab or imply sponsorship beyond the applicable service relationship.
13. Third-party services and links
The Game uses or interacts with services supplied by Google, Unity, Android, advertising providers and advertised third parties. Their services, destinations, content, terms and privacy policies may apply independently.
We do not control every third-party service or advertised destination. Follow external links carefully and review the third party’s terms and privacy information. Our Privacy Policy provides more information about relevant data processing.
14. Availability and disclaimers
The Game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Temporary errors, interruptions, compatibility issues, ad unavailability, delayed notifications and loss of local save data can occur.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability on every device, recovery of local progress, availability of a rewarded offer, or continuous access to third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Responsibility and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for loss arising from the Game depends on the circumstances, including whether the loss was reasonably foreseeable and caused by a failure for which the responsible party is legally liable. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, a user’s unlawful misuse, or loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not establish a fixed liability cap or waive mandatory rights.
16. Proportionate indemnity
Where applicable law permits, you are responsible for direct losses reasonably caused by your unlawful misuse of the Game or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing, restrict a lawful complaint or defence, or remove any protection that cannot legally be waived.
17. Suspension and termination
Where technically applicable and permitted by law, access to affected online or purchase-dependent features may be restricted or suspended for fraud, entitlement tampering, attacks on services, unlawful conduct or a serious breach of these Terms. Any action should be proportionate to the issue and subject to any notice, remedy and consumer protections required by law.
You may stop using the Game at any time. The Game has no F11 account to close. Uninstalling does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Suspension or termination does not remove mandatory refund, paid-benefit or consumer rights.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms do not designate a particular country, court or arbitration forum. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute procedures are determined by the mandatory rules that apply to the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or access to remedies available in your country.
Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Any future clause selecting a governing law or forum requires qualified legal review and an updated version of these Terms.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Game, its services or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date and any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued or mandatory rights. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only where that result is valid under applicable law and adequate notice has been provided.
