1. Introduction
F11 Software Lab (Private) Limited develops and operates Animal Lane Puzzle: Line Up (the “Game”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is stored or processed when you use the Game, including information handled through advertising, Google Play services, local game storage and optional notifications.
The Game does not require you to register an account with F11 Software Lab.
Some information is stored locally on your device, while integrated third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The Game stores information locally to support gameplay and preferences.
This may include:
- Current puzzle and animal positions.
- Completed and unlocked levels.
- Stars and game coins.
- Move counts and hint-related information.
- Music, sound and vibration settings.
- Notification preferences and reminder-related timestamps.
- Selected age group, when you answer the age question.
- Your self-declared age group, when provided, and a protected unknown value migrated from an older age setting.
- Save-recovery snapshots and older campaign archives.
- Subscription-check information used by the Game.
The Game does not provide an F11 Software Lab account-based cloud-save service.
Local information may be included in Android or device-provider backups, depending on device settings and backup configuration.
3. Intended Audience and Local Age Choice
Animal Lane Puzzle: Line Up V1 is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not intentionally target children under 13.
The Game asks you to choose 13–17 or 18 or older, or to continue without answering. No age is selected in advance. Your answer does not change which puzzles are available. This is a self-declared privacy setting, not identity verification or proof of age. The Game does not collect an exact birth date, name or identity document through this screen.
If you choose an age group, the Game stores that group locally on your device. If you skip, you remain unknown for the current session and are not classified as an adult. The unanswered screen may appear again on a later launch. The Game does not automatically change a saved age group as you get older.
An Under-13 value saved by an earlier version is treated as unknown. The Game attempts to replace that local age value with unknown and presents the current age-choice screen. If that update cannot be saved, advertising remains blocked. This migration does not change your puzzle progress, coins, stars or other game settings.
For the current release, the Game does not initiate its advertising consent flow or request advertisements for people who choose 13–17 or remain unknown. For people who choose 18 or older, advertising is subject to the consent and subscription checks described below. Google Play Billing and optional local notifications have separate behavior described in sections 7 and 8.
4. Advertising — Google AdMob
The Game integrates Google AdMob to display:
- Banner advertisements in designated areas.
- Interstitial advertisements at eligible gameplay result transitions.
The Game waits at least 90 seconds between accepted interstitial show attempts within the running app and prevents repeat attempts for the same result identifier while it is retained. An attempt can start this interval even if the ad subsequently fails to display. The interval is kept in memory and does not survive a process restart; it is not a guarantee of time between successful ad impressions.
Advertisements are not required to solve puzzles or progress through the campaign.
Advertising requests are made only for players who choose 18 or older and pass the Game’s consent, application-state and resolved subscription-entitlement checks. Active Remove Ads subscriptions suppress banners and interstitials, and unresolved subscription status also blocks advertisements. Current ad requests use non-personalized advertising and a G maximum ad-content rating. Adult requests do not use the previous child-directed treatment. These restrictions do not mean that no technical information is processed.
If an advertisement cannot load, the Game can continue without displaying it.
Google Mobile Ads may process information such as technical device information, IP addresses, advertising or installation identifiers where available, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information.
The exact information processed depends on SDK configuration, device settings, applicable law and Google service behavior.
Advertising restrictions and non-personalized advertising do not necessarily mean that no information is processed.
For more information, see:
5. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
The Game integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising privacy information and consent where applicable.
For a player who chooses 18 or older, the Game requests an updated consent status using a derived signal that the player is not under the age of consent. It displays required UMP forms and makes advertising privacy options available in Settings when required. It checks UMP’s advertising eligibility result and rejects unresolved or failed consent states before proceeding with its advertising flow. Choosing 18 or older is not itself consent to advertising or to every data-processing purpose.
For players who choose 13–17 or remain unknown, the Game does not initiate UMP requests or forms and does not request advertisements. It does not assume that all teenagers can independently consent in every region.
The local age-group text is not submitted by the Game as a separate age event. Adult choices are used to derive privacy signals supplied to Google. Those signals and integrated Google services may involve processing under Google’s policies. The absence of an app-initiated advertising request does not guarantee that no operating-system, Billing or other integrated service processes information.
Changing advertising privacy choices may affect future requests, but does not necessarily delete information previously processed by Google. If privacy setup fails or remains unresolved, the Game keeps advertisements paused while gameplay remains available.
6. Advertising Identifiers and Technical Information
Advertising services may use identifiers and technical information to deliver and measure ads, detect fraud and maintain service security.
The inspected merged Android manifests exclude the Google advertising-ID permission and the AdServices advertising-ID, attribution and topics permissions. After explicit ad SDK initialization, the Game requests that the publisher first-party identifier be disabled and requires confirmation before app ad loads.
These controls do not prove that no identifier can ever be processed by native components, including during startup, or that no Google/SDK processing occurs. Other technical information may still be involved. The actual release configuration and SDK behavior must be verified; disabling personalized advertising or particular identifiers is not a complete data-processing opt-out.
7. Google Play Billing and Remove Ads Subscriptions
The Game integrates Google Play Billing for intended monthly and yearly Remove Ads subscriptions.
When available, an active Remove Ads subscription is intended to suppress banner and interstitial advertisements within the Game.
Age selection does not add subscription benefits or make a purchase necessary. For users who select 13–17 or remain unknown, the current advertising policy already blocks app-requested ads without a subscription. Billing and its purchase-information processing remain separate from advertising eligibility. Applicable parental approval and Google Play purchase controls may still apply.
Google Play handles payment processing and associated Google account and payment information.
F11 Software Lab does not provide an in-game form for entering payment-card or bank-account details.
The Game may process purchase status, product information, purchase tokens and other information returned by Google Play to manage subscription entitlements and purchase acknowledgment.
The Game checks subscription records returned by Google Play and stores limited local refresh/recovery information, including the time of a subscription check and a hint used while recovery is pending. That hint is not proof of an active purchase. The Game does not currently independently verify purchases through an F11-operated backend or server.
Offline or unavailable checks can leave entitlement unresolved. App advertising remains blocked while the required billing state is unresolved.
In the currently inspected development configuration, subscription products are not configured, so billing remains unresolved and the app’s advertising flow does not load ads. This statement does not establish that native Google components perform no processing or describe every future distributed build.
Actual product availability, localized prices, renewal terms and commercial configuration require final Google Play configuration and licensed testing before subscriptions are offered. See the Terms of Service for intended benefits and cancellation/refund information.
Removing advertisements does not necessarily stop all processing by Google Play, consent services or other integrated components.
For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
8. Optional Notifications
The Game provides an optional local notification reminder.
Notifications are disabled by default.
Your age-group choice does not automatically enable notifications. The same optional local-notification setting applies regardless of whether you answer the age question. No F11-operated backend or remote push service is used for this reminder.
If you enable Notifications in Settings, the Game requests Android notification permission where required.
When enabled, the Game schedules one reminder approximately ten hours after you leave the Game.
The reminder is not intended to repeat every ten hours while you remain inactive.
Returning to the Game or disabling Notifications requests cancellation of the pending reminder.
Delivery and cancellation depend partly on Android scheduling, permissions, battery management and device restrictions. An operation already in progress can affect cancellation timing, and a notification already delivered may remain visible. The Game does not promise exact delivery or race-free cancellation.
The Game does not use an F11 Software Lab-operated remote push-notification service for this reminder.
Notification preferences and scheduling information are stored locally. Turning notifications off requests cancellation of the pending reminder but does not itself erase the stored last-departure timestamp.
9. Third-Party Services
The Game integrates services including:
Google AdMob: Advertising delivery and related processing.
Google User Messaging Platform: Advertising privacy information and consent management.
Google Play Billing: Subscription products, purchases and entitlement information.
Android operating-system services: Local notifications, permissions and applicable backup or transfer functions.
These services may process information according to their own policies and applicable agreements.
Their processing may involve infrastructure outside your country.
Final data collection, sharing and security disclosures must be verified against the production SDK configuration. Provider roles, international-transfer arrangements, applicable legal bases and any additional regional disclosures remain unresolved for publication. No transfer safeguard is assumed from a provider link or SDK setting.
10. Data Storage, Backup and Retention
Gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device, alongside the selected age group, save-recovery snapshots, older campaign archives, notification-related records and limited subscription/billing-check records.
This information may remain until it is replaced, removed through device controls, or deleted when application data is cleared.
The Game alternates between two save-recovery snapshots and may retain older campaign archives alongside current progress. No automatic fixed retention period is implemented for all older local records; some are overwritten by later activity, while others may remain until removed.
Android or device-provider backup systems may preserve or restore certain application information, depending on their configuration.
The Game does not guarantee that uninstalling the application deletes operating-system backups or information independently retained by third-party services.
Provider-specific retention and deletion arrangements remain subject to verification; this policy does not assign a retention period to Google or other providers.
11. Data Deletion and Your Choices
You may:
- Disable optional notifications in Settings.
- Manage Android notification permissions.
- Access advertising privacy choices where available.
- Manage subscriptions through Google Play.
- Clear application data through Android settings.
- Uninstall the Game.
- Contact F11 Software Lab regarding privacy concerns.
Clearing application data may permanently remove locally stored progress and preferences.
Uninstalling the Game does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
The Game does not currently provide a complete in-game data-deletion interface. Restarting a puzzle does not erase all saved progress, age preferences, recovery records or SDK information.
Deletion of provider-held information or Android backup copies may require separate controls or requests.
12. Younger Users and Privacy Concerns
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not intentionally directed to children under 13. The self-declared age screen does not verify identity or guarantee that younger users cannot access the Game.
Players selecting 13–17 and players with an unknown age remain protected by the current release’s no-ad-request behavior. An older saved Under-13 setting is treated as unknown, never automatically as an adult. Regional privacy and parental-involvement requirements may still apply to teenagers.
Parents or guardians may contact support@f11softwarelab.site about a younger user’s privacy. Do not include an identity document or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial message. The Game does not claim Google Play Families approval or certification of legal compliance.
13. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent.
These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
You may contact us at support@f11softwarelab.site.
We may need appropriate information to understand or verify a request. The detailed request-handling responsibilities and verification procedures remain subject to operational and qualified legal review. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or a child’s identity documents.
Information stored only on your device may require action through Android settings. Information independently held by Google may require use of Google’s privacy controls.
14. Support Communications
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and information you voluntarily include in your message.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence is separate from the Game’s locally stored progress.
The support mailbox provider, access arrangements, retention and deletion procedures remain subject to operational review. No support-retention period is established by this policy.
15. Security
The Game’s security practices and relevant provider protections remain subject to technical and operational verification.
However, no software, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
This policy does not claim that all application data is encrypted or that the Game has obtained a security certification.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game, integrated services or applicable requirements.
Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
This policy uses the publication/updated date shown on this page. The required notice or acceptance arrangements for future material changes have not been established by this document.
